Celebrating 30 years of helping small businesses think big

On April 9th, 1980 Howard Barkhoff, Beth Kahn and James McDonald filed the Articles of Incorporation for a Washington State Not-for-Profit called Seattle King County Community Development Association. Today that organization is known as Evergreen Business Capital, the Northwest's leading SBA 504 Loan Program expert, and Howard Barkhoff is still on our Board.
