KW commercial brokers get a lesson on SBA 504

In the current economic environment, with limited options for financing commercial real estate, Nancy Lemas promotes the benefits of the 504 program to her clients and her industry. At a monthly commercial real estate forum that Nancy founded for area brokers, she frequently touts 504 loans for owner/user property.

For the past 12 years, Lemas has owned and operated Commercial Northwest Real Estate Company, a full service investment, leasing and property management company located in Boise, Idaho. In 2009, she affiliated her company with KW Commercial and their nationwide network of agents. In 2010, Nancy joined the Board of Directors of Capital Matrix, an SBA 504 Certified Development Company in Boise, ID.

Earlier this year at a national KW Commercial conference in New Orleans, Nancy made a presentation to several hundred commercial agents about the SBA 504 program. She gave the agents NADCO's web address, and instructed them on how to find a CDC contact in their area. Nancy was given a standing ovation for her presentation and was named National KW Agent of the Year! Since that conference, Nancy has provided additional 504 training via regional KW Commercial web conferences.
