Jon Anderegg

Jon Anderegg comes to us from GE Capital where he worked in the Franchise Financing Group as a Risk Analyst.  Jon has been in the industry for 17 years and has experience not only in credit analysis, but in closing, servicing and loan originating as well.

What brought you to Evergreen?

The idea of assisting customers who operate small businesses that benefit their local communities was very appealing. The last several years have been tough in commercial lending. The 504 program is designed to help these small businesses when it's time for them to expand or purchase the property for an existing operation, which is refreshing. Supporting these efforts stimulates growth and retains jobs within their local community and that is very important given our current economic conditions. Evergreen has over 30 years of industry experience supporting small business growth so the expertise, stability and track record of the company was attractive. The work environment has a home feel to it and the senior management team is accessible, supportive and values the suggestions and opinions from employees.

If you were to start your own business, what would it be?

My favorite outdoor activity is skiing in the winter so my dream job would be owning a heli-skiing guide service in the Rockies. It would include an overnight guest lodge and other fun outdoor activities like snowmobiling, ice skating and a lighted tube park. In the summer off-season, I would provide guided fishing trips, ATV's, mountain biking and hiking. You would find me participating in all the fun too - especially the skiing!
