Lynn Beadling

Employee Spotlight:

Lynn has been working in banking and finance since 1987 and has nearly 20 years of SBA lending experience. Her background includes sales, underwriting and management positions at large and small banks in the Portland metro area. She's also involved in a number of professional organizations that support the commercial real estate and banking industries.   

If you were to start your own small business, what would it be?

I have always wanted to be an interior designer, but unfortunately do not have the creativity necessary to be successful. If I were to start my own business, I'd hire a team of fantastic designers, and who knows.....maybe some of it would rub off on me! 

What do you like most about working for Evergreen?

The opportunity to put my background and expertise to work in a way that helps our clients meet their goals. I have been fortunate enough to work with many outstanding lenders, brokers, project managers, and co-workers over the years. We are immersed in real estate all day, but our clients are busy running their own companies, and may only acquire property once or twice in a lifetime. Being a part of a team that can make the process as easy as possible, and ultimately successful, is very rewarding.
