President Phil Eng, COO Patti Kibbe, Closing and Servicing Manager Edna Peterson, and Senior Loan Officers Joseph Cowles, Kerry Keely and Stephanie Arnold attended the National Association of Development Companies (NADCO) Annual Meeting in Savannah last month.
Elections were held for the 2010-2011 Board of Directors. Phil Eng returned to the board representing Region X, which is comprised of Alaska, Idaho, Oregon and Washington States. Previously, Phil served on the NADCO Board for four years starting in 2004.
Patti Kibbe & Senior Loan Manager Annie Lant-Smith serve on the Sacramento Loan Processing Center User Committee, which works streamline and improve processing 504 loan applications with the SBA.
