Kathy is Evergreen's Senior Servicing Specialist & Team Leader. She helps our borrowers deal with change, both the planned and the unexpected, with over 25 years of small business loan servicing experience. Loan subordinations, assumptions, and the release of additional collateral are some of the tools available to her. Often she works directly with other lenders and she shares information with them to make servicing actions shorter and simpler.
Kathy's coworkers call her a calm, considerate and efficient professional.
