Rural businesses see tremendous support from their communities but can sometimes lack varied opportunities for access to capital. Our Rural Loan Program was designed to support those businesses in areas where the population is 25,000 or less.
How can the rural loan program be used?
Loans up to $250,000 – Flexible pricing and fees (fees can be financed into the loan) Fixed interest rates for the life of the loan and no prepayment penalty Up to 75% financing (90% financing option available with a participating lender) Can be used to finance commercial real estate, machinery, equipment, or consolidate debt.
We can offer our Rural Loan Fund in the following Washington counties:
Clallam, Clark, Cowlitz, Grays Harbor, Jefferson, King, Kitsap, Kittitas, Klickitat, Lewis, Mason, Pacific, Pierce, Skamania, Skagit, Thurston, Wahkiakum, Yakima
