Evergreen Business Capital
Diversity & Inclusion
Evergreen Business Capital funds small business growth in underserved communities in Washington, Oregon, Alaska, and the Northern Idaho areas. Our goal is to help all businesses have access to capital and the opportunity to own their own buildings, thereby taking a significant step to creating multi-generational wealth.
Diversity & Inclusion in our workplace

Evergreen Business Capital has aimed to have our hiring practices reflect the communities we have the power to affect. It is not enough to say we believe
in inclusion. Having a diverse team for our staff and governing board ensures that we can authentically recognize, understand, and respond to a variety of
underlying conditions that affect our customers. This path has led us to create an environment where our team members can contribute successfully
with a positive impact.
